In the end of November Alena attended 21st EMBL PhD Symposium in Heidelberg with the theme ‘Facing the future’. Fitting to the theme Alena got the excellent opportunity to give a talk about her work and insights on a microfluidic delivery technique called 'Cell squeezing'. The audience was curious about this remarkable technique and gave Alena a valuable feedback. Further, Alena enjoyed awesome talks as well as a friendly and inspirative atmosphere. She can only recommend to attend the next symposium. :)
